How is my price calculated?
Wearables prices are based on the following:
- Type of garment you select
- Garment color
- Decoration method
- Number of locations you want decorated
- If imprinted, number of ink colors in each location
- Quantity of garments
Promotional products prices are based on the following:
- Quantity you order
- Number of ink colors
- Number of decorated locations (if applicable)
- Increase your quantity: the more you buy, the lower the price each.
- Fewer colors: If you print fewer colors per location, the cost per shirt will be less
- Check out our price key: When you select your product from our product catalog, look for the dollar signs. Fewer dollar signs means a lower-cost item.
- Select the correct decoration method.
- Print only one side of the garment instead of both sides.
- Choose a lighter-weight garment.
How long will it take to get my order?
Our production times for wearables are:
- Spot color: 5 to 7 working days
- 4-Color Process: 7 working days
- Digital printing: 6 working days
- Embroidery: 5 to 7 working days
- Cap production: 5 to 7 working days
Production times for promotional products are listed on the product page and vary from item to item.
Production time starts after you have approved your proof. We try to process your proof the day we receive your order; however, orders received after 12PM EST may be processed the following day. If you need your order faster than the stated production time, we are happy to check the production schedule to let you know if we're able to rush your order. Please call customer service to check availability of rush delivery. Additional charges may apply.
Who do I call with a problem?
We try very hard to make every project perfect, but every once in a while, problems occur. If that happens during your project, or if you just have questions about your order, our customer service department is ready to help. Our office hours are 8 am to 8 pm EST. If you need to reach us after hours, be sure to leave a message, and we'll contact you the next business day.
We're always just a click away if you need to reach us after hours or during the weekend. E-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we'll get back to you quickly. If you need a call during the weekend, just let us know and we'll be happy to make ourselves available to you.
Can I get a sample of my design printed on a shirt?
We always provide a free .jpg proof for you to approve before we print your garments or promotional products. We will be happy to arrange for you to get a sample with your logo printed on it before we print your entire order should you require this service.

Wearables: There is a charge for pre-production proofs for wearables. You will be charged for the shipping plus:
- Spot color: $40 per color per location + the cost of a single blank garment
- 4-Color Process on Whites: $400+ the cost of a single blank garment
- 4-color Process on Colors: $450+ the cost of a single blank garment
- DTG Digital Printing: You will be charged the single garment price
- Digital Transfers: You will be charged the single garment price
- Embroidery: You will be charged for the file digitizing and the cost for one garment at the minimum quantity level.
- Caps: No pre-production proof is available. Please order the minimum quantity of this item as a sample run.

Can I print my designs on different colors or styles of garments?
Yes, you can. If all of your same-style garments are printed with the exact same screens, the shopping cart adds all the garments together to give you the quantity discount for the total (50 black shirts + 50 red shirts=100 quantity discount). If you need different styles of garments printed with the same imprint, call us and we'll make sure you get a great price. We'll always give you the best possible price for your order.
If you need us to change the ink for the different colored shirts, there is a $20 fee per color, per location each time the ink is changed. The shopping cart does not calculate the ink change fees, so they will be added to your order in the proofing process.
Can I print the same design on youth and adult-sized shirts?
Yes, you can. We will size the screens to fit the smallest garment in your order. If you would like to print smaller on the youth size garments and larger on the adult garments, you may pay for the additional screens to be set up. In most cases, we can still give you the quantity discount for the whole order. See imprint sizes for more details on the size imprint you can fit on your shirts.
Is it safe to pay online?
Berda.com uses Secure Sockets Layers (SSL) technology to protect your personal information during transmission. Your payment is processed immediately by Authorize.net. We do not store your credit card information on our server or database.
What if I don't have artwork?
No artwork? No problem. You can create your artwork using clipart and fonts we provide in our cutting-edge online design program. Or, if you prefer, you can choose a template designfrom our ideas section. If you still need help with your art, you can contact our customer service department at 1-800-293-7080 or by e-mail at , and one of our experienced team members will help you with your design. We offer free consultation on your project, and some design services are free of charge. Please contact us for details.
How many do I have to order?
Some of our wearables products are available with no minimum. The minimums for other wearable products are based on the production method you choose. Those minimums are:
- Screen printing: 12
- 4-color process: 144
- Printed caps: 6
- Embroidery: 6

Do I have to use the online design tool to place my order?
No, you can easily place your order outside of the online design tool. That means you can tailor your ordering experienced to your unique needs. Our system allows you to either upload your own artwork as you place your order or e-mail your art file to us later. If you don't have art files and don't want to create something using the online design tool, you can select from our pre- designed templates and let us know which areas you want us to customize for you.
Can I just call my order in?
You can order 24/7 using our online ordering system. But if you prefer, you can talk to a live person and place your order on the phone. Just give us a call at 800.293.7080 and we'll be happy to take your order. Operators are standing by from 8am to 8pm EST. If you call after hours, please be sure to leave a message and we will contact you as quickly as possible the next business day.
We try to have an operator available at all times during business hours, but there are times when we experience a high volume of calls. If that is the case when you call, please leave us a message. We're great about returning calls, and we promise to call you back just as quickly as possible.
What if I need to cancel my order?
Wearables: You can cancel order prior to proof approval. After your proof is approved, we order the garments for production and begin printing. Orders canceled after the proof is approved but before garments are printed will incur a 20% restocking fee. If the garments have been printed, you cannot cancel your order. Payments for art or drawing time are nonrefundable if the order is canceled. Berda.com reserves the right to charge for any production costs already incurred at the time of the order cancellation.
Promotional products: You can cancel your order for promotional products any time before you approve the proof. Once the proof is approved, you will not be able to cancel your order for these items. Payments for art or drawing time are nonrefundable at any time.
