How to order

Ordering decorated, or custom printed, products from Berda.com is fun and easy! Select your product and click the large blue button below the product image Order Decorated if you want printing or embroidery or Order Blank Garments if you don't need your product decorated. Note that some products are not available blank; you won't see the Order Blank Garments for these items.

 

If your product needs decoration, you can choose to upload your own art files (or use our pro designs), or you can use our handy online design tool to create your t-shirt design. Simply follow the prompts along the way as you order. If at any time in the order process you're unsure of how to proceed, you can click the help buttons marked with a question mark. If for any reason you aren't able to place your order, you can contact our customer service department for help via e-mail or at 1-800-293-7080.

 

Payment Methods

For your convenience, Berda.com gives you the option to pay using a variety of payment methods.

  • Credit card payments: We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover, and you can pay securely online using your credit card.

  • Check: You may mail a check to us at Berda Compugraphix, 220 Holly Road, Chicora, PA 16025. Your order will be placed on hold until we receive payment and the payment clears the bank. If you need your order to be processed more quickly, simply fax your check to us at 724-445-5082 or e-mail it to us at customerservice@berda.com, and we will process payment without having to wait for the post office to deliver it to us. Checks that are returned from your bank due to insufficient funds will be charged a $30 NSF fee.

  • Wire Transfer payment: Please contact our customer service department and we will be happy to arrange for you to pay by wire transfer.
  • Purchase order: Schools and other corporations may qualify for payment with purchase order. You must fill out a credit application and your account must be preapproved to qualify. This process can take up to 10 business days. Once your account is approved, you may fax your PO to us at 724-445-5081. Note that purchase orders must be paid within 30 days of your proof approval. Late payments will incur a $20 late payment fee plus 1.5% of the total invoice per day until the invoice is paid.
 

Apply for Credit

To apply for net terms, simply fill our easy application form. The form will be automatically submitted to our credit department for processing. Once your account has been approved, our customer service department will contact you with term details.

Sales Tax

Berda.com does not collect sales tax for interstate transactions. Wearables are not taxed in the state of Pennsylvania. Non-wearable items sold in the state of Pennsylvania will be charged the current Pennsylvania state sales tax.

 

Cash Discounts

You can receive a cash discount of 2% off your order if you pay with a check. Orders taking advantage of cash discounts may not be eligible for other promotional or sales pricing. Please contact your customer service representative at 1-800-293-7080 for more details.
