Vectorizing Art Files

If your art file is not the correct resolution, we can redraw it as a vector file for a small fee. Vectorizing your files is a great way to turn an illustration or photo into a file that can be easily printed using our spot color production method. It can actually save you money! Ask our customer service department if vectorizing your art file is right for your project (and your budget).

 

Free Art Adjustment

Our art department will be happy to tidy up your design at no charge to you. We check for text alignment, layering issues, appropriate line thickness and graphic size, text arches and text treatment when we make your art proof. You get to see what we've done before you pay, so if we miss something, you always have the chance to change it before production begins. We don't start production until you've approved your proof!

 

Custom Labeling

If you would like to private label your shirts, let us know. We can have our manufacturer sew your label into the shirts before they're delivered to our shop for printing. Ask your customer service representative for details on this service.

CALIFORNIA PROP 65:

Also known as the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, California Proposition 65 is a law that requires warning to consumers if a product exposes consumers to a wide variety of chemicals including lead and cadmium. Prop 65 does not ban any product; it simply requires warnings. Prop 65 applies only in California, and covers all products distributed in the state. Please note- AAkron complies with all Federal Regulations concerning chemical contents. The State of California requires significantly stricter standards be met. CALIFORNIA PROPOSITION 65 ("Prop 65') COMPLIANCE:

The State of California requires that no person in the course of doing business shall knowingly and intentionally expose any individual to a chemical known to the State of California to cause cancer or reproductive toxicity without first giving a clear and reasonable warning. Accordingly, if Buyer fails to provide Berda CompuGraphix advance written notice that Berda CompuGraphix's product will be sold or shipped to the State of California, Buyer hereby indemnifies and agrees to defend and hold harmless Berda CompuGraphix, its agents, employees, representatives and affiliated companies, from and against any and all Proposition 65, personal injury and property damage claims, and from all other costs, liabilities, damages and expenses (including, without limitation, attorneys fees and litigation expenses on account thereof or in connection with any investigation or preparation related thereto or the enforcement of this provision) relating to, resulting from, connected with or arising out of goods or products provided to buyer by Berda CompuGraphix, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Any order placed with or received from Berda CompuGraphix, including but not limited to orders placed via catalog, online, phone or mail, shall be deemed effective acceptance of these terms.

Berda CompuGraphix has gone to great lengths to find Prop 65 compliant inks to use when imprinting our products. Almost every item we carry has a compliant ink. Those that do not will need to have a proper warning label attached to each individual product.

PROP 65 SURCHARGE: To ensure compliance with Proposition 65, products entering the State of California must include a warning label, applied to each item. Contact your Customer Service representative for pricing on the item(s) you wish to purchase.

Warning Label: This product contains chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm.
