Choosing the Right Style
You have lots of options when it comes to custom-printed apparel and promotional products. These days you can choose from regular preshrunk cotton or ringspun cotton, traditional or fashion-forward tees...list goes on and on. But sometimes all those choices can be a little overwhelming.

Wearables
Sometimes you just have to touch and feel the garment to make sure it's the right one for your project. Ordering samples has never been easier. For a small fee, you can order a blank wearable item from our product pages and have it shipped right to your door. Simply click the "Order Blank" button next to the item you want and proceed to the shopping cart.
Promotional Products
If you need to see a sample of a promotional product, you can order a random sample by e-mailing our customer service department at customerservice@berda.com. There are some products that allow you to specify your color preference; however, not all products are available for samples in a specific color. We'll be happy to guide you through this process. The sample is free in most cases, but shipping charges will apply. You may provide your UPS shipping account for us to use when we ship the sample, or you can pay for shipping with your credit card.
Sizes
We carry a wide variety of brands, and sizes can vary from brand to brand. To help you with this, you'll find handy size charts for most wearables in our product pages. We recommend ordering a sample of any garment you plan to decorate, especially if you're unfamiliar with the brand. That way you can try it on to make sure that the size you order is exactly what you want.
Once a garment is decorated, it cannot be exchanged for a different size, so please make sure you order the size that is right for you. Out of Stock
When it's time to order your garments for production, our purchasing department will check stock. We work with many different suppliers, so we usually have access to all the items we offer. However, if your product is out of stock when it's time for production, we'll contact you to find the solution that best meets your needs - and ensures timely delivery of your product. Some customers prefer to place their order on hold until the product becomes available, while others opt to substitute the product with a different brand in the same or similar color.
Fabrics
We offer garments that come in a variety of fabrics. We print cotton, polyester and cotton/polyester blends. At this time, we do not print on fabrics that contain spandex.
Dye Migration
When printing on 100% polyester or 50/50 blend shirts, dye migration can occur. Dye migration is when the ultra-strong dye used in dying polyester fabrics bleeds into plastisol inks used by silk screen printers on t-shirts. We use ink that is polyester dye resistant; however, we cannot guarantee that migration will not happen with your garments. The best way to avoid this is to order 100% cotton t-shirts.
