Delivery Time and Shipping Information
We ship FOB shipping point via UPS and USPS. UPS Ground shipments take between 1 and 5 business days within the contiguous US, and most orders arrive within 14 days of order placement.
If you're on a tight deadline, be sure to contact us to find out what day we'll ship your product and how long UPS takes to ship to your location. We'll plan our production process to work with your deadline where possible. UPS charts show their guidelines for time in transit for ground and expedited service; however, we cannot be responsible for the shipping timeline once the package leaves our shop. Overnight and second day air shipment is available if you need your order quicker than ground service allows.
Berda.com recommends using USPS for shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, and we gladly ship to APO addresses. Most of our APO customers request Priority Mail service.
Your shipping charges will be calculated when you check out. If you need to make special arrangements for shipping or freight services, give us a call at 1-800-293-7080.
International Orders and Delivery
Our online order system does not currently support international orders; however, we ship to overseas customers on a regular basis. If you'd like to place an order to ship overseas, please notify us by e-mail. We'll need your contact information as well as the details of your order. We'll get back to you within one business day.
Rush Orders
Our production times for most wearables are:
- Spot color: 5 to 7 working days
- 4-Color Process: 7 working days
- Digital printing: 6 working days
- Embroidery: 5 to 7 working days
- Cap production: 5 to 7 working days
Production time begins upon proof approval. If you need your wearables order in 7 days, please select the rush order option when you check out. Charges for 7-day delivery will be calculated in your shopping cart. Be sure to select overnight shipping for 7-day delivery, and enter your in- hand date in the comments box.
Rush service is available only when our production schedule allows for it. If we are unable to schedule your order for rush service, we will notify you immediately.
