Rush Service

We offer a rush service on most of the products that we sell.

Our standard production time for custom printed (screen printed and digitally imaged) T-Shirts, golf shirts, sweatshirts, and other wearables is 10 business days (2 weeks).

If you should find yourself in an emergency where you need to have an order filled in very short notice, we offer the following levels of rush service:

• 5 - 7 Days Production Time: 15% Rush Charge.
• 3 - 4 Days Production Time: 25% Rush Charge.
• 2 Days Production Time: 50% Rush Charge.
• 1 Day Production Time: 100% Rush Charge.

The production times indicated above do not include the shipment delivery transit time. Shipment delivery transit time and its associated cost is determined by the level of service that you choose; i.e.: Overnight, Second Day, or Ground Service.

Rush service is available on a first come, first served basis. We reserve the right to limit the number of rush jobs that we accept. We will make every reasonable effort to fulfill every request for rush service.

As a convenience to our customers, we keep in stock at all times, several hundred, white cotton, size XL, heavyweight T-Shirts for the fulfillment of emergency orders.

For the fastest service, we recommend that you choose white shirts, as colored shirts may be more difficult to obtain on short notice.

Non-Fulfillment of Orders:

We do not keep in stock all of the garments that we sell. Some garments must be custom ordered to fulfill a customers order. We cannot be responsible for our supplier's mistakes in fulfillment of our order. Nor can we be responsible for the loss of a shipment as a result of a mistake by the transportation company. Further, Berda cannot assume liability for non-fulfillment of orders caused by: weather conditions, strikes, fires, inability to obtain materials, embargoes, or other causes beyond our control.
