Setup Charges - Embroidery

We will custom embroider almost all of the sportswear products shown in this Online catalog. 

We offer two options in embroidery: Text embroidery and logo embroidery.

Text Embroidery:

Text embroidery consists of adding your text to the garment in the "above the pocket" left chest area.   This type of embroidery consists of lettering only in Times Roman or Block (Helvetica).

Minimums: You can order as few as 1 piece using Text embroidery.

There is no set-up charge for Text embroidery.

Logo Embroidery:

With custom logo embroidery, we will take your logo and reproduce it on the garments that you have selected. 

Art: We prefer to work with camera ready artwork, however, we will work from business cards or letterhead stationery.  Graphic files in the formats: .tiff, .psd, .ai, .eps and .cdr files will produce excellent results.

Color: You may use 1 to 9 different colors of thread. 

Logo size: The average logo size is 2.5" X 3.5" and usually is less than 7000 stitches.  Note: Lettering must be 1/4" or larger to be legible when embroidered.

Setup charge: The average logo contains 7000 stitches or less. The prices indicated for each garment include your logo with up to 7000 stiches on any color shirt. If your logo exceeds 7000 stitches you will be advised of any additional costs.

Production time: Once you authorize us to embroider you logo, you can expect to see a sample swatch or your logo within 10 to 21 days for your approval.

Minimums: Varies, typically 12 pieces.
